How to heat
For soothing warmth and comfort, remove all tags and ensure that your Warmies is clean and dry before use. Use the heating guide to determine the correct heating time:
Heat times for regular size Warmies, boots, slippers, neck wraps & hot-pads:
90 seconds for 600w to 800w
60 seconds for 850w to 1000w
Heat times for Jr. size Warmies, & eye masks.
30 seconds for 600w to 800w
20 seconds for 850w to 1000w
Ensure that the microwave is clean and that the turntable can rotate freely. When first heated, you may notice a little moisture on the surface of your Warmies, this is quite normal and will stop after a few uses.
Please note: Only reheat when your Warmies is at room temperature. It can take up to 4 hours to cool down. Only heat Warmies in a microwve (no oven). Our heatable products are suitable for all ages but must only be used under careful adult supervision. All Warmies carry heating instructions attached to a label sewn into the product and these instructions should be followed very carefully. If your Warmies has been overheated by mistake you should dispose of it in normal household waste after allowing it to cool to room temperature.

Simply place the entire product within a grip seal freezer bag and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. This will help to ease bruises and sprains and also reduce temperature.

How to clean
Your Warmies contains carefully selected organic filling material and dried French lavender. Using a damp sponge or towel, brush your Warmies to refresh its soft touch. Don’t immerse Warmies under water and don’t place them in the washer or dryer. Store in a cool dry place after each use.
