Apple Peanut Butter Bites
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup whole dates (remove pits)
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until well combined. (Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides.)
Once well combined, roll into balls.
Place them in a container and refrigerate or freeze.
Pro Tip: These are extra delicious when eaten chilled.
