Loyalty Program
You understand and agree that Plush Points Rewards Program discounts cannot be combined with any other sales, coupons or discounts. The Loyalty Rewards began on September 13, 2023. All orders placed after that date began to accrue “points” in the following manner: for every $1 USD spent, 1 point is accrued. An account must be created to accrue points. Points can be redeemed at any time. Points expire 12 months from the earning date.  

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Issuance and Ownership

• Gift cards are issued by Intelex USA, LLC] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our")
• Digital gift cards will be delivered to the email address provided at purchase
• Gift cards represent a prepaid access to goods and services offered by Company
• Gift cards are not credit cards, debit cards, or stored value cards
• Purchaser is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of recipient information

Value and Balance

• Gift cards may be purchased in amounts from $20 minimum to $60 maximum, and can be sent to a recipient’s email address if provided at the time of purchase.
• Balance can be checked here or by contacting customer service at [email protected].
• Gift card balances cannot be increased, reloaded, resold, or transferred for value
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by state law
• In states requiring cash redemption of low balances (CA, CO, ME, MA, MT, NJ, OR, RI, VT, WA), balances under $5.00 may be redeemed for cash

Expiration and Fees

• Gift cards do not expire
• No dormancy, inactivity, or service fees will be charged
• No maintenance fees will be applied to any gift card balance

Redemption

• Gift cards may be redeemed only for purchases of eligible goods and services
• To redeem online, enter the gift card number and PIN during checkout
• Partial redemptions are allowed; remaining balance stays on the card
• Multiple gift cards may be used for a single purchase
• If purchase amount exceeds gift card balance, the difference must be paid with another payment method

Lost or Stolen Cards

• Protect your gift card like cash; we cannot replace lost or stolen cards unless required by law
• In states with loss protection (CA, CT, MN, NV, RI, WA), we will replace lost or stolen cards with proof of purchase
• Report lost or stolen cards immediately to [email protected].
• You are responsible for unauthorized transactions before notification

Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift card purchases and redemptions to prevent fraud
• Fraudulent acquisition or use of gift cards may result in cancellation without notice
• Gift cards obtained through fraudulent means will be void

Privacy and Data

• Information collected in connection with gift cards is subject to our Privacy Policy at warmies.com/pages/privacy-policy 
• We may collect information about gift card purchases and usage for fraud prevention and program administration

Limitations and Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
• Gift cards cannot be used for previous purchases
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased
• Gift cards are not for resale and are void if resold

Referral Program

Eligibility

• Participation in the Referral Program is open to all customers with valid accounts in good standing
• Referrers must have an active account with Intelex USA, LLC to participate
• Both referrers and referred customers must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Intelex USA, LLC are not eligible to participate
• Referrers may not refer themselves or use multiple accounts to circumvent program rules

Reward Structure

• Eligible referrers will receive reward links for successful referrals that allow recipients to choose from various redemption options
• Rewards are earned only when a referred customer completes their first purchase through our website
• Gift card values and reward amounts are determined at Company’s sole discretion and may vary by promotion
• Only one reward per unique referred customer, regardless of subsequent purchases
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted

Gift Card Delivery and Terms

• Reward links will be delivered electronically to the referrer’s registered email address after the referred customer’s first purchase is completed and payment is processed (usually within 24 hours)
• Reward links are valid for one (1) year from delivery date - recipients must choose and redeem an option within that period. Once redeemed: (i) Visa prepaid cards are valid for six (6) months from activation, and (ii) merchant gift cards never expire. Recipients can review complete terms and conditions directly within their reward link at the time of redemption
• All reward redemptions through the Referral Program are subject to the terms and conditions provided within the reward link interface at the time of redemption
• Reward links are non-transferable and redemption options vary based on the recipient’s selection within the reward link interface

Program Limitations and Restrictions

• There are no geographic restrictions on participation in the Referral Program
• No maximum limits on the number of referrals per customer
• No minimum purchase requirements for referred customers beyond completing one purchase
• Gift cards obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to fake referrals, self-referrals, or manipulation of the referral system, will be void
• We reserve the right to investigate suspicious referral activity and may request additional verification before issuing rewards
• We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel gift card rewards if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity

Program Modifications and Termination

• Intelex USA, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice
• Changes to program terms will not affect gift cards already earned and issued under previous terms
• We may discontinue or modify reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or other program features at our sole discretion
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of pending rewards

General Provisions

• Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
• The Referral Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law
• We are not responsible for technical failures, system outages, or other issues that may prevent proper tracking of referrals
• All decisions regarding program eligibility, reward qualification, and dispute resolution are final and at Company’s sole discretion

Changes to Terms

• These terms may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect already purchased gift cards
• Current terms will always be available on this page.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, the state in which the gift card was purchased, without regard to conflicts of law principles
• Any dispute must be brought in courts of proper jurisdiction in Illinois.
