I have no problem whatsoever with the company, however, FedEx leaves much to be desired when it comes to delivery of the item. I tracked the package and it sat in Chandler, Arizona, approximately half an hour from my home for three days. One of those days was a Friday. That was the day delivery was promised. I received the item the following Monday. It is by sheer luck that the recipient was still available to receive the gift.
