We offer 2 Shipping Options at Checkout:

Standard: Shipping and handling charges of $6.99 apply to orders up to $35. Please note that donations are not included in the order minimum for free shipping eligibility.

Express: UPS 2-Day Air Freight. Prices are calculated at checkout and based on proximity to our home base distribution centre in Illinois, and size of order. Please note: Express orders received on Friday will ship out the following Monday.

ORDERING INFORMATION 

• All orders are processed and shipped from our home base in Illinois.
• We cannot cancel or edit orders once the order has begun to process.
• At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
• All orders require correct details on shipping address in order for prompt delivery. 
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Sales Tax will be applied where applicable.  

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Please note that in most cases orders take 2 business days to be processed once the order has been received. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be received the following business day. Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-10 business days for shipping.
• Orders do not ship nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
• All orders placed on weekends, holidays, and/or during special promotions may require additional processing time.
• All orders ship using standard ground shipping via FedEx,UPS or UPS SurePost.
• We offer delivery to APO/FPO addresses at a flat rate of $9.99.
• At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
