Pop 3/4 cup unpopped popcorn, take out kernels
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of peanuts
2 cups of brown sugar
1/2 cup of light caro syrup
1 cup of butter
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 bar (4 ounces) of white chocolate (melted)
1 bar (4 ounces) of milk chocolate (melted)
Pop 3/4 cup unpopped popcorn. Mix popcorn and nuts into a bowl.
In a sauce pan mix: 2 Cups of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of light caro syrup, 1 cup butter. Mix on medium heat, bring to a boil for five minutes the take off heat.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, mix until combined.
Then pour oven popcorn an nuts in a large bowl and mix until coated.
Separate mixture into two pans and put in a 200* oven bake for one hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Melt your white and milk chocolate in separate bowls.
After mixture is finished baking, drizzle melted chocolate over mixture.
Let it cool, mix all together and enjoy!
