    Ingredients

    4 large russet potatoes,cut into even wedges2 tbsp. oil2 tsp. salt1 teaspoon smoked paprika1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon garlic powder½ tsp. black pepper

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 450ºF.Add cut potatoes to a large bowl, drizzle with oil and sprinkle in all spices. Mix until coated.Add seasoned potato wedges to a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil.Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, stopping halfway to flip the potatoes so they cook evenly.Pro Tip: Serve with a variety of dips!
