Potato Wedges

    4 large russet potatoes,
    cut into even wedges
    2 tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    ½ tsp. black pepper


    Preheat oven to 450ºF.

    Add cut potatoes to a large bowl, drizzle with oil and sprinkle in all spices. Mix until coated.

    Add seasoned potato wedges to a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil.

    Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, stopping halfway to flip the potatoes so they cook evenly.

    Pro Tip: Serve with a variety of dips!
