Cover the top side of the graham cracker with vanilla icing.

Cut a large marshmallow in half. Place it in the lower middle of the cracker, sticky side up! 

Stick a brown mini M&M in the middle of the marshmallow for a nose. 

Put two candy eyeball sprinkles above the nose. 

Place two mini marshmallows on the top corners for ears.
