Melt peanut butter & chocolate together (stovetop or microwave).

In a large bowl, add 3 cups of cereal. Pour half the melted mix over it.

Add 3 more cups of cereal & the rest of the melted mix. Stir to coat. 

Add up to 1 more cup of cereal if needed.

Cool slightly (but don’t let it harden).

Add powdered sugar & mix well. Chill 15 minutes.
