I ordered this little guy as my first order. when he arrived i kept looking and noticing he was rather underfilled and his whole head and shoulder area would buckle and fall over. i spoke to customer care team members via email and it was fast service and reply. they apologized and immediately sent out a new order which again arrived so fast! the second one came filled! and so cute and perfect!
