Perfect for cramps
It is the perfect size and shape to lay over your lower back or stomach when you are cramping. I have had mine for close to five years and it has been my favorite and go to warmer to help sooth my cramps. I would 100% recommend it (and I do)!

This is so amazing
I love this Warmie so much! It is my sixth warmie and I love it so much! My sister and I have so many combined! It is very comforting to be warm in the winter and nice and cooling in the summer!
