I had an old one and wanted to replace with the new one, the new one came in weighing less than advertised, 8.6oz versus the advertised 1.5lbs. I emailed the customer service, no solutions were provided, stated that some had “less polyfill for the whimsical appearance”. However, if I paid for the weight of 1.5lbs, I expect this to be that weight. This is such a disappointment for me and my kid, I will find others to replace Warmies.
