Terribly disappointed with this delivery! I ordered a baby doll Warmie for my granddaughter for Christmas. The box was severely damaged when it arrived, but I didn’t open the box until today when I got ready to wrap the doll.
The doll was not wrapped in plastic, paper or anything, just stuffed inside the cardboard box.
So when I got the Warmie baby doll out, it has a big dark stain on the belly of it.
I’m not sure if I can get this stain out or not, but I’m really disappointed.
I’ve ordered from Warmie several times and have never had a problem before. I hate that this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
