This is how you run a business!

I bought this Warmie & 2 weeks later the stitching came apart causing a hole to form. I emailed customer service about it and they emailed me back 20 minutes later apologizing and asking me if I’d like a replacement. The black cat was out of stock so I got the mouse! They shipped it, and I got it 3 days later! I couldn’t believe how amazing the customer service was and how quick the shipping was. AMAZING!!
