Perfect gift!

My daughter absolutely loves this! It was a perfect gift. We also had a delivery issue and the Warmies customer service center was absolutely wonderful and fixed the issue promptly. Would definitely buy again and also recommend!!

Disappointed in customer service

The product itself is cute. However, it’s the customer service i have a problem with. I emailed a note shortly after my online order to cancel. I felt like the company waited to respond causing the item to be shipped anyways. There was plenty of time for them to cancel the shipment. I even received a response well after my cancellation request that they were working on my order. Won’t order again.
