Referral Program

Eligibility

• Participation in the Referral Program is open to all customers with valid accounts in good standing
• Referrers must have an active account with Intelex USA, LLC to participate
• Both referrers and referred customers must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Intelex USA, LLC are not eligible to participate
• Referrers may not refer themselves or use multiple accounts to circumvent program rules

Reward Structure

• Eligible referrers will receive reward links for successful referrals that allow recipients to choose from various redemption options
• Rewards are earned only when a referred customer completes their first purchase through our website
• Gift card values and reward amounts are determined at Company’s sole discretion and may vary by promotion
• Only one reward per unique referred customer, regardless of subsequent purchases
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted

Gift Card Delivery and Terms

• Reward links will be delivered electronically to the referrer’s registered email address after the referred customer’s first purchase is completed and payment is processed (usually within 24 hours)
• Reward links are valid for one (1) year from delivery date - recipients must choose and redeem an option within that period. Once redeemed: (i) Visa prepaid cards are valid for six (6) months from activation, and (ii) merchant gift cards never expire. Recipients can review complete terms and conditions directly within their reward link at the time of redemption
• All reward redemptions through the Referral Program are subject to the terms and conditions provided within the reward link interface at the time of redemption
• Reward links are non-transferable and redemption options vary based on the recipient’s selection within the reward link interface

Program Limitations and Restrictions

• There are no geographic restrictions on participation in the Referral Program
• No maximum limits on the number of referrals per customer
• No minimum purchase requirements for referred customers beyond completing one purchase
• Gift cards obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to fake referrals, self-referrals, or manipulation of the referral system, will be void
• We reserve the right to investigate suspicious referral activity and may request additional verification before issuing rewards
• We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel gift card rewards if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity

Program Modifications and Termination

• Intelex USA, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice
• Changes to program terms will not affect gift cards already earned and issued under previous terms
• We may discontinue or modify reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or other program features at our sole discretion
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of pending rewards

General Provisions

• Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
• The Referral Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law
• We are not responsible for technical failures, system outages, or other issues that may prevent proper tracking of referrals
• All decisions regarding program eligibility, reward qualification, and dispute resolution are final and at Company’s sole discretion
