How to Use Supersized Warmies

1Remove the heat pack from the back of your Warmies.
2To Warm: Microwave the heat pack for 30-90 seconds.
3To Cool: Put the heat pack in a grip-seal bag & chill in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
4Place the heat pack in the Warmies and enjoy!
