I ordered this bear for my son for Christmas. We noticed before even using it the filling was coming out. The seams were coming apart. I emailed them and they got back to me shortly after to send pictures of the issue. They sent me a new bear. My son absolutely loves his warmie. It is perfect for this cold weather. He heats it’s up and cuddles with it before going to bed.

I love my warmie but it looks like there was a factory making issue, my polar bear as one normal ear and one cat ear? It looks like it belongs but its pointer and smaller than the other… definitely a cat ear.
