So I originally ordered this product with plenty of time for the birthday gift it was supposed to be. The first time the shipping label either improperly printed or was input wrong and was sent back for invalid address by the local post office. Admittedly was a human read it they sent out another in decent timing....it was then delayed 3 times and then never delivered. Instead of continuing to try to make it right they told me to take a refund and order it elsewhere....where else would I send it. For it to through a different postal route I could have driven to the origin point of both orders. I was very excited to give this gift and as of now am still waiting to see the money back on my card. It's unlikely I will use them again honestly.

I bought this as a gift for my teenager. It's much larger than I expected, but that's great. There's a good amount of weight and space to be warm/cold. I'm also excited to use this as a cold pack too, never thought about that before I saw it on the site!
