I love my bat! She smells really good, the weight of her is perfect, and the heating and cooling last a long time in my opinion! She is also super soft, came with cleaning instructions, and the lavender scent is not overpowering, which is awesome because usually scented things give me headaches!

So I originally ordered this product with plenty of time for the birthday gift it was supposed to be. The first time the shipping label either improperly printed or was input wrong and was sent back for invalid address by the local post office. Admittedly was a human read it they sent out another in decent timing....it was then delayed 3 times and then never delivered. Instead of continuing to try to make it right they told me to take a refund and order it elsewhere....where else would I send it. For it to through a different postal route I could have driven to the origin point of both orders. I was very excited to give this gift and as of now am still waiting to see the money back on my card. It's unlikely I will use them again honestly.
