The hardest part was picking one. I did call about the eyes. I wanted to make sure they weren't button eyes since it was for a baby. She advised me to look at my first warmies. Wonderful help.

Rosa was an absolute delight and quickly got a replacement shipped after one of the sloths had a small defect. Just a tiny hole that let the beads out, normally not a huge deal but around a baby it's a little more concerning. The rapid response and quick action from Rosa was absolutely perfect and I'm even more confident in recommending warmies after seeing how professionally she handled it!
