Perfect for snuggling
My daughter loved the Otter when she first opened the box. It was perfect fit for when she sleeps she has it resting up between her neck and shoulders. She wasn’t a fan of having it warmed as the lavender scent was too strong for her but without it. It’s perfect! A few weeks after we received it, a thread from the back appeared to have come loose and beads did fall out. I’ve contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right away! They were awesome and Mr child was happy to have her otter back. I would definitely buy again.
