Had an issue at first, when I opened him up his leg was not completely sewn and his innards were falling out, contacted customer service immediately and they just asked for my order # and a photo and they replaced him right away! Got my new one within 3 days! Extrelmley happy with my Wooly, my Elephant collection of Warmies is now complete!
