Adorable Owl ! Given as a birthday gift to my grandson’s 8th birthday and he loved it ! There was a slight flaw in the seam . I sent an email to “ Hello Warmies” and , within seconds, they contacted me to acknowledge my concerns and to rectify the situation. Each correspondence was immediate and the concern was solved , immediately after I presented pictures of my concerns. Less than a few minutes later, I received a message that a replacement order has been shipped, free of charges. Exceptional customer service , a company that stands behind their product. I have purchased quite a few Warmies over the past few years and have never disappointed with the quality until now. The Golden dog in this huggable set is sewn on sideways as can be seen in the photo. The light dog is facing pretty much forward. My grandson carries his regular and junior golden everywhere so I thought I would get this set so his sister could have a dog too.
