I ordered this little guy as my first order. when he arrived i kept looking and noticing he was rather underfilled and his whole head and shoulder area would buckle and fall over. i spoke to customer care team members via email and it was fast service and reply. they apologized and immediately sent out a new order which again arrived so fast! the second one came filled! and so cute and perfect! We first bought a Panda Warmies for our granddaughter who was hospitalized. I fell in love with it and decided to get a warmies for myself, and I found the Capybara. I am in love with this! I have chronic pelvic pain and I warm up my Capy and place him on my lap and enjoy the lavender scent and warmth that helps with my pain. It is so plush and adorable. Money well spent for this beauty.
