Refund policy

We Offer Hassle Free Returns at Warmies.

We want you to be delighted with Warmies but if for some reason you need to return your item, you have two options. You may use our chat feature or start a return by contacting Warmies with this form.

Returns must happen within 30 days of purchase and item(s) must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. If you qualify for a return, customers will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. 

Holiday return deadline is January 31 for orders shipped between November 1 and December 31.
