Love the Product. Terrible customer service
Love the warmie but was a nightmare to receive. I purchased as a birthday gift. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and the shipping date moved three times and it took 11 days to get to me. I will say the first date moving I could understand because of weather but the others no. I reach out trying to understand why and where it was only to not be able to reach someone except AI and they tell me I haven’t passed the shipping date
