I placed an order with Warmies while I was on vacation in Florida, specifically planning it so it would arrive during my stay and I could bring it back home with me to Latin America. The package did not arrive on the expected date, and as my departure was approaching, I contacted customer service to explain the situation.

I clearly informed them multiple times that I was only temporarily staying at that address, that I would not be there to receive the package if it arrived late, and I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. I made this very clear in advance.

Despite this, nothing was done. I received no meaningful help, and I had to send multiple emails just to get a response. It felt like I had to beg for assistance. Their customer service was slow, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.

The package was later marked as delivered, but I never personally received it. I am no longer in Florida, and I have no access to that address. Even after explaining all of this, they refused to issue a refund.

It is not fair to be charged for items that I never received, especially after clearly warning them in advance and asking them to cancel the order.

Customer service is terrible. If anything goes wrong with your order, do not expect them to help you or resolve the issue fairly

I am genuinely disappointed with my recent purchase. My toddler absolutely adores his Warmies cows and gets so upset when he can’t bring them with him. They are so well loved by him and their physical appearance shows it.

I recently decided to purchase more (Laying down, Strawberry, Pumpkin, Highland cow & an opossum). All so adorable and instantly loved by him. Within a week the laying down cow had a rip in the face. Shortly after that the Strawberry ripped open at what appears to be opening used to fill the Warmies. 2 Warmies ripped open in a matter of a few weeks. This isn’t the first one whose stitching can undone. 4/9 Warmies we own have had stitching blow. I’m very disappointed in the quality of these products and I don’t feel they are worth buying anymore.
