Works Perfect
This was perfect for my daughter. She has endometriosis and it causes a lot of pain in pelvic region. This being warm and weighted helps so much. She just so happens to be a barrel racer and getting her the horse was a must. Since the horse is laying down, it lays just right were she needs it.

Maybe just bad luck
I bought 7 for christmas presents, the first round 5 had good size holes. Customer service was really good which is why i gave it 2 stars. They replaced 5 and they were shipped fairly quick. Only thing is 3 out of those 5 has holes .I'm hoping we can get those replaced. Maybe third times the charm.. Sad that almost a month later kids are waiting for their christmas presents because they keep coming defective. I posted pictures of them but they keep disappearing.
