We brought our Berniedoodle pup (Pepper) home at eight weeks old. We purchased the brown dog warmie (that we named Doc) for her immediately. They’ve been inseparable since! She won’t sleep without Doc and takes him everywhere- even for mischief. Like most puppies do- she chews on him, rough-houses with him, and Doc hasn’t missed a beat. He’s still fully intact: four limbs, two ears, and his tail. We have removed the warmie pouch just to be on the safe side, but it does change how much Pepper loves him!

Absolutely worth the purchase for any new puppy owner. (You can even buy those heartbeat inserts from other retailers to stick inside!) And though we have no reason to believe we’ll ever need a “spare Doc”- we’ll be purchasing so we never have to go without!

My pup will sometimes play with her Warmies dog, but mostly, it’s her comfort toy for bedtime. I got Aggie from the Humane Society, and I thought it might help her adapt. It’s definitely a toy she cuddles up with every single night, and I think I am going to get a few others for her kennel and her bed in the living room. Great toy and worth every penny if you’re adopting from a shelter.

My 9 year old chihuahua recently hurt his shoulder. Nothing major. Some minor pain. I had bought the warmie for an easter gift for him and pulled it out early when this happened…hoping the warmth would help. Boy did it! He loves his warmie. I love how easy it is for me to pull out the hot pack and place back inside. I’ll lay it down and he will cuddle up with it. It’s the perfect solution for him. I’d love to cuddle him, but I move too much which causes discomfort when he shifts. I love that he has this to help him. My only complaint on this is that the hot pack I received had a hole in it. I have to be incredibly careful when microwaving so the seeds don’t fall out and I clip it together before putting it in the stuffie to keep it closed. I have reached out to customer service on this and am awaiting a response.
