We received our initial order and within a short time a weak stitch gave in the platypus I’d ordered my wife as a gift. Reached out to the customer service team and explained what happened and they replaced it free of charge. The other product was the llama. Both are go to comfort items for my wife and she loves her Warmies.

nice flat warmth for cramps
I got this one in particular to help with cramps on the abdomen or other larger body areas because it lays so wide and flat. And still soft and adorable!
