Joy overload
I gifted the Brooklyn Barbie to my youngest child who turned 40 this past December, after a post she made on our Facebook page, stating how much she wanted this doll after observing young children at her after school job, using their armies to comfort and calm them when they were stressed. Of course moms knew what her baby girl needed since she has been so stressed lately, first child of theirs graduating from 12th grade next month!! My babies baby is graduating! So when my daughter opened the gift wrapped box and saw Brooklyn Barbie, she did what those children did, she hugged it up around her neck and just lost all that stress!! Should have recorded her reaction, but that’s not my generation. Loved how it made her feel.
