I bought this Warmies bear in January 2026, and it instantly became my daughter’s comfort item for every nap and bedtime. 💜
Yesterday, one of the seams unexpectedly came undone, and the filling beads started coming out. I reached out to Warmies customer support this morning to see what my options were, and before I knew it, they had already shipped a replacement bear for my little girl!
That level of customer service, kindness, and responsiveness especially on a Sunday is something you don’t see every day. They took such a huge weight off this mama’s shoulders, and I’m honestly still in disbelief that a new bear is already on its way.
