    So soft and sweet

    They are my son and daughter’s favorite stuffed animals right now. When my son managed to break his, customer support was amazing and got us sorted very quickly. My children are back to snuggling their elephants

    Suspicious Warmie

    I ordered huggable warmies for my Granddaughter. The gray one end up having a large hole in the back with a silk lining like it was supposed to be to be there. I notified the company not requesting anything, because I had already sewn up the warmie. They said that was fine. It shouldn’t have been there. Asked for pictures which I sent and they replaced my warmies. I was not expecting or asking for a new one, just wanted them to be aware. Thank you.
