Cute animal and great customer service
I ordered from warmies and our first animal came with a small hole, and we lost some beads. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful -- they even sent us a brand new warmie at no charge. The warmies are soft and cuddly, and are just the right weight for a calming buddy for our kiddos.

Better replacement
The first Giraffe we received had a hole in the back and string hanging (like it was not completely sewn shut in manufacturing). They sent a replacement and it has no holes in it.
