Customer Service is amazing!
I bought my husband the Trex Warmie for Christmas because he loves dinosaurs and I hoped that the heat would help with some of the stiffness in his hands. Unfortunately there was a problem with the stitching at the seam and his Trex suddenly had his insides on the outside. I started a chat with customer service to let them know of the defect and before the conversation was over I had already received a text telling me a replacement was on the way! I couldn’t believe how fast the response was and how sweet the agent was! If I hadn’t just bought a Warmie for everyone in the family for Christmas I would probably be ordering more just because their customer service was so amazing… then again, I might just order one for myself!
