I placed an order with Warmies while I was on vacation in Florida, specifically planning it so it would arrive during my stay and I could bring it back home with me to Latin America. The package did not arrive on the expected date, and as my departure was approaching, I contacted customer service to explain the situation.
I clearly informed them multiple times that I was only temporarily staying at that address, that I would not be there to receive the package if it arrived late, and I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. I made this very clear in advance.
Despite this, nothing was done. I received no meaningful help, and I had to send multiple emails just to get a response. It felt like I had to beg for assistance. Their customer service was slow, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
The package was later marked as delivered, but I never personally received it. I am no longer in Florida, and I have no access to that address. Even after explaining all of this, they refused to issue a refund.
It is not fair to be charged for items that I never received, especially after clearly warning them in advance and asking them to cancel the order.
Customer service is terrible. If anything goes wrong with your order, do not expect them to help you or resolve the issue fairly
