I'm a longtime fan of Warmies, but previously they've all been gifted to me so I had no idea how annoying the marketing is. I placed an order a few weeks ago and have been absolutely BOMBARDED with emails, in spite of repeatedly changing my preferences to not contact me more than once a month - I'm still getting daily messages, sometimes multiples. It's unfortunate that this is coloring my opinion of a company who makes a product I truly love. And your customer service bot, Emma, just makes things worse. I'm going to unsubscribe now, so good job driving me away.
