I bought this for my daughter. After about a month, a hole burnt into it. It was an amazing product. I reached out to customer service about the issue, and they responded within 2 mins. I got this warmies for an Asian friend of mine and omg is it a great, cute, funny gift. The smell of lavender and the softness makes sleeping much better. I haven't used the warming feature yet but I'm sure I'll love it.
