The sushi is such a great size, smells so good, very comforting. However, the arms won't stay intact I keep having to sew them back on and the stuffing spills all over the place. I contacted customer support and I felt like I was on trial for something terrible. I sent several pictures. They did send me a replacement. The next one had the same issues! I finally gave up. Although the sushi is SO CUTE, I wouldn't buy this one. Get something else, there is clearly a problem with how they were put together.

I bought this for my daughter. After about a month, a hole burnt into it. It was an amazing product. I reached out to customer service about the issue, and they responded within 2 mins. I now have a replacement on the way for no charge. The product is amazing, and the customer service is even better!

I got this warmies for an Asian friend of mine and omg is it a great, cute, funny gift. The smell of lavender and the softness makes sleeping much better. I haven't used the warming feature yet but I'm sure I'll love it.

I’m not sure how this happened? Sat down on the couch and went to pick the warmie up and everything just poured out. I’ve only had this for a few months im hoping they’ll replace it for me..
