I had surgery recently and this thing has seriously been the best thing. It gets so warm and stays warm without being too hot. I’ve fallen asleep with it several times over the last few days and it’s by far the favorite purchase of the 3 things I got.

The Warmies team/company has amazing customer service. By far the best. I had an issue with my Sloth Warmie. I bought him at DSW shoe warehouse and realized he was damaged, I then exchanged him at another DSW, that one too had a hole in it causing the pellets inside to fall out. Frustrated, I decided to contact the company, I provided them with my purchase receipts and explained the issue, they responded to me within minutes, and concluded they'd send me a replacement. I received my new Sloth in less than a week. They also included a postcard which stated he was fully inspected , giving me peace of mind that there would be no more issues with the product being damaged. Due to their wonderful team I will be purchasing another Warmie from the site very soon!
