So soft and sweet

Suspicious Warmie
I ordered huggable warmies for my Granddaughter. The gray one end up having a large hole in the back with a silk lining like it was supposed to be to be there. I notified the company not requesting anything, because I had already sewn up the warmie. They said that was fine. It shouldn’t have been there. Asked for pictures which I sent and they replaced my warmies. I was not expecting or asking for a new one, just wanted them to be aware. Thank you.
